Per a nosaltres, \u00e9s molt important entendre les necessitats del mercat i gr\u00e0cies al laboratori propi, augmentem el nostre know-how de forma continua.<\/p>\n<h2>Nou desenvolupament<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019antiadherencia, mitjan\u00e7ant la caracter\u00edstica hidrof\u00f2bica dels nostres sistemes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coatresa.com\/ca\/testrong-coatings\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Testrong \u00ae<\/a>, \u00e9s una de les caracter\u00edstiques principals i m\u00e9s importants dels nostres recobriments. \u00c9s per aquest motiu que Coatresa est\u00e0 desenvolupant un nou recobriment amb el qual la huevina es despr\u00e8n amb m\u00e9s facilitat i efici\u00e8ncia. Per tant, aquest recobriment \u00e9s molt recomanable per safates d\u2019aliments que utilitzen aquest ingredient, com el pa d\u2019hamburguesa o el pa de llet. <strong>Aix\u00f2 ajudar\u00e0 a desemmotllar els productes ja que es redueix el rebuig per adher\u00e8ncia del producte. D\u2019aquesta manera s\u2019optimitza la producci\u00f3 i es millora la qualitat, ja que les safates queden m\u00e9s netes quan passen pels t\u00fanels de rentat.<\/strong><br \/>\nPer tal de demostrar l\u2019antiadherencia del nou recobriment, s\u2019ha dut a terme un estudi que compara la soluci\u00f3 est\u00e0ndard del mercat i el nou desenvolupament Testrong. L\u2019estudi ha consistit en aplicar huevina a tots els recobriments, escalfar-ho a la mufla i fer-hi una neteja parcial seguida d\u2019una neteja total.
