Arkema Beschichtungen<\/h1>\n

Arkema entstand 2004 aus der Reorganisation der Chemieaktivit\u00e4ten des franz\u00f6sischen Erd\u00f6lkonzerns Total. Das Unternehmen mit Sitz in der N\u00e4he von Paris notiert seit 2006 an der B\u00f6rse und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber 137 Produktionswerke in Europa, Nordamerika und Asien.
\nMit dem Verkauf des Vinyl-Gesch\u00e4fts im Jahr 2012 gliederte sich das Unternehmen in drei Gesch\u00e4ftsbereiche: Industriespezialit\u00e4ten, Beschichtungsl\u00f6sungen und Hochleistungsmaterialien.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Zu den\u00a0Industriespezialit\u00e4ten<\/b>\u00a0geh\u00f6ren die Stoffe f\u00fcr chemische Produkte zur Tierern\u00e4hrung, Deodorants, Wasserstoffperoxid zum Bleichen von Textilien und f\u00fcr Papiermasse sowie zur Wasseraufbereitung und Fluorchemikalien f\u00fcr Klimaanlagen etc.<\/p>\n

Der Bereich der\u00a0Beschichtungsl\u00f6sungen<\/b>\u00a0umfasst Beschichtungsstoffe auf Wasserbasis, L\u00f6sungsmittelbasis, Kunstharzpulver und Zusatzstoffe f\u00fcr verschiedene Einsatzzwecke und Branchen.<\/p>\n

Rilsan<\/b>\u00ae ist ein Polyamidpolymer, das sich durch seine gro\u00dfe H\u00e4rte, Flexibilit\u00e4t, Chemikalienbest\u00e4ndigkeit und Festigkeit gegen Permeation auszeichnet.<\/p>\n

Orgasol<\/b>\u00ae ist die Marke des von Arkema patentierten Verfahrens zur Herstellung von Additiven auf der Grundlage von drei Polyamidpulvern (PA 6, PA 12 und PA 6\/12). Orgasol\u00ae bietet eine Mikroporosit\u00e4t von 1 bis 20\u00a0m\u00b2\/g, einen Schmelztemperaturbereich von 140 bis 220\u00a0\u00b0C und eine niedrige Dichte. Seine Leistungsmerkmale verbessern die Abriebfestigkeit.
\nOrgasol\u00ae findet verschiedenste Anwendungen wie z.\u00a0B. zur Beschichtung von Metallblechrollen, von Dosen, f\u00fcr M\u00f6bel, Bodenbel\u00e4ge, elektronische Ger\u00e4te, Kautschuk, die Grafikindustrie etc.<\/p>\n

Die thermoplastischen Elastomere (TPE)\u00a0Pebax\u00ae sind leichte Polymere, die aus steifen Polyamidbl\u00f6cken und weichen Polyetherbl\u00f6cken bestehen. Diese Produktfamilie findet in zahlreichen Branchen Anwendung, in denen es auf Leichtigkeit und hohe Energier\u00fcckgewinnung ankommt, wie z.\u00a0B. im Sportsektor, in der Medizin und bei technischen Spezialtextilien.
