Silicone is a flexible polymer, very antiadherent that provides the best properties at low temperatures or up to 240°C. In the bread making process, we very rarely will go over 200°C, hence the demolding silicone for baking is a key element within the industry in order to avoid the use of other demolding agents. As it is a flexible polymer it will adapt to every type of surface such as fluted pans, perforated bread pans, molds and tins for either sweet or savory production.
