Properties and benefits of Xylan \u00ae<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Its main function is dry lubrication, but it has many other beneficial properties. These lubricants are combined with next-generation organic polymers at high temperatures, resulting in plastic allows that offer unique properties. This means that the Xylan \u00ae coating can work under heavy leads, at high temperatures and in chemical and corrosive environments.<\/p>\n

Xylan\u00ae coating can be applied to conventional systems or reinforced ones with one or more layers. Broadly speaking, its main properties are:<\/p>\n

  • resistance to wear<\/b><\/li>\n
  • resistance to corrosion and chemical agents in most environments<\/b><\/li>\n
  • resistance to direct sunlight and sea water<\/b><\/li>\n
  • temperature ranges between -250\u00b0C and 285\u00b0C<\/b><\/li>\n
  • wide range of colours<\/b><\/li>\n
  • great flexibility<\/b><\/li>\n
  • good machining properties<\/b><\/li>\n
  • curing programme<\/b><\/li>\n
  • excellent adherence to most substrates<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The fluoropolymers used in the Xylan<\/b>\u00ae coatings are\u00a0PTFE<\/b>,\u00a0PFA<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0FEP<\/b>. Depending on the composition, its performance\u00a0can be adapted to different uses and sectors, such as kitchenware, industrial bakeware, automotive and even oil and gas industries<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
