In this way, the company wants to claim that the industry plays a key role towards a fairer economic system, having a great power of social and economic transformation.<\/p>\n<h2>Adaptation to change<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the past months, the company has had to adapt to the new environment, as highlighted by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lavanguardia.com\/economia\/20200413\/48450507263\/coronavirus-covid-19-empresas-erte-espina-metropolitan-webhelp-coatresa.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">La Vanguardia<\/a> in its article on decision-making due to the <strong>COVID-19<\/strong>. The company kept all the staff during the lockdown and took extreme security measures to be able to continue offering the best <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coatresa.com\/en\/baking-industry-coatings\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">technical non-stick coatings for baking<\/a> to our customers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Coatresa continues to look for the benefit of all its stakeholders, and although we are still in the internationalization phase, the company continues to act locally.
