At Coatresa,<\/a>\u00a0we had the pleasure of organizing a Team building<\/strong> activity for our sales team, focused on the art of baking croissants!<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"An unforgettable experience for the Coatresa sales team\"<\/em><\/h5>\n

Through this experience, we had the opportunity to \"step into the other side,\" which allowed us to understand firsthand the entire process of crafting and baking bakery products.<\/strong> From rolling out the dough to achieving the perfect crunch, every step enabled us to practically experience<\/strong> every demand, challenge, and difficulty our clients face daily in this demanding and competitive sector. This learning\u00a0added to our\u00a0industrial expertise<\/strong> and<\/span>\u00a0significantly strengthened our commitment to quality, excellence, and innovation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Furthermore, this activity was a great opportunity to further strengthen team bonds, work together creatively, and at the same time, deepen our understanding<\/strong> of the baking sector, which we support daily with our Testrong\u00ae <\/a>non-stick coating solutions.<\/strong><\/p>\n
