From November 5 to 7<\/strong>, part of the technical teams of ATRESA and RETANSA<\/a><\/strong> took part in a specialized training programme focused on the correct application of MetaLine systems, an advanced range of elastomeric coatings designed for the protection and repair of surfaces exposed to impact, abrasion and corrosion.
This intensive training was aimed at strengthening competencies, incorporating new application methodologies and ensuring excellence in our industrial processes.<\/p>\n

<\/h2>\n

Technical specialisation in elastomeric coatings<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Throughout the sessions, our applicators deepened their knowledge of the distinctive properties of this coating technology, especially its ability to improve the durability and performance of components exposed to extreme conditions. The main topics covered included:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Impact absorption and high elasticity:<\/strong>
    The coatings exhibit elastomeric behaviour capable of dissipating energy, reducing premature wear on surfaces subjected to continuous impacts.<\/li>\n
  • Resistance to abrasion and cavitation:<\/strong>
    Their formulation enables effective protection of equipment operating in aggressive environments, such as turbines, pumps, pipelines, hoppers or vibrating components.<\/li>\n
  • Adhesion and versatility on multiple substrates:<\/strong>
    They can be applied to steel, aluminium, concrete or composite materials, ensuring stable anchoring even on complex geometries.<\/li>\n
  • Safe and controlled application:<\/strong>
    The training included practical exercises focused on optimising surface preparation, projection techniques and thickness control, thus ensuring optimal performance of the final coating.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Thanks to this elastomeric coating training, our teams strengthen their ability to integrate new systems into our catalogue of high-performance coatings, expanding the solutions available for sectors where mechanical resistance and preventive protection are essential.<\/p>\n
