Si tratta di una termoplastica che combina una tenacit\u00e0 meccanica superiore con un'eccezionale resistenza chimica, che si avvicina a quella delle resine fluoroplastiche Teflon\u2122.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tefzel \u2122 \u00e8 caratterizzato da facile lavorabilit\u00e0, peso specifico 1,7 e resistenza alle radiazioni ad alta energia. La maggior parte dei gradi sono qualificati per l'esposizione continua a 150 \u00b0C (302 \u00b0F). Tra le numerose referenze che compongono il marchio Tefzel\u2122, ne troviamo alcune conformi alle <strong>norme FDA<\/strong> per il contatto con gli alimenti.<\/p>\n<p>Uno dei principali vantaggi rispetto ad altri rivestimenti con caratteristiche simili \u00e8 la possibilit\u00e0 di applicarlo sul supporto freddo e con spessori diversi, da 250 micron a 1300 micron, con la tecnica \"<strong>Spray & Bake<\/strong>\", che consiste nell'applicazione di pi\u00f9 strati spruzzati con aerografi e poi cotti.
