At COATRESA we are currently collaborating with the School and Business program initiated by FemCAT in 2010 together with the Education Department of the Generalitat of Catalonia.
This initiative proposes a conversation between the business person and the student, in which the student has the chance to learn about the business person’s experiences, and where they are able to know about their motivations and his day-to-day life.
The aim of this initiative is to bring companies closer to the students with the intention of raising awareness in the educational community, offering a direct vision of the business reality.
Additionally, in many cases, this action represents a first opportunity for the students to learn about the reality of the business world.
Thus, our CEO Ariadna Marin has made several presentations, sharing experiences and issues related to the business reality, giving visibility to this reality to the social and educational world and helping the School and Business Program reach other territories.
At the same time, through these presentations, she has also collaborated in making students aware of professional opportunities and their potential growth, exposing the business reality of the territory close to the students.
Undoubtedly, we are proud to participate in a very enriching collaboration.
