Demolding

desmoldeante

The demolding effect is a totally necessary process to remove the product without breaking or damaging the mould where it has been manufactured. In COATRESA Group, to reduce the use of release oils, we work with the best non-stick coatings. They are used both in moulds in the baking sector and in moulds for all types of industrial activities. When food contact is required, we use dry fluorinated coatings that do not require the use of oils and therefore do not leave any vegetable residue in the product. In the industrial sector, as for example in automotive moulds, a release oil or grease could damage the product and contaminate the production itself. This is why a technical fluorinated coating as a release agent is the best, cleanest and most practical solution for all types of moulds.
