COATRESA played a part in the IBA Munich 2018, the most important international trade show for bakery industry, where the latest novelties are presented, paying special attention on this edition to Digitalization. The effect generated by the company it’s results have been highly satisfactory.
During this edition, Coatresa launched two great innovations that will suppose a revolution for the sector. Firstly, regarding non-stick, we unleashed the new TESTRONG® PLUS, a fluoropolymer System delivering unmatchable corrosion and abrasion resistance. This System provides a greater protection compared to existing products. Without a shadow of doubt, COATRESA’s bet for the future of non-stick coatings.
The Squarest Bread
Last but definitely not least, we premiered the exclusive mould to obtain “The Squarest Bread”, meaning, a perfectly square bread loaf. This is a unique innovation for industrial bakers allowing the ultimate production optimization whilst improving the process significantly. Thanks to a great regularity on the end product, this mould brings a huge competitive advantage for catering and industrial bakers producing crustless bread. This COATRESA’s exclusive novelty will for sure mark the difference.
