Thermal Fusion

molde-termofusion-pri

Melting process for plastic or other substrates. Thermal fusion is used to bond two pieces together creating a welding area that once cold may increase the strength of the original substrate. It is very common to use this technique when welding plastic pipelines (PVC, polyethylene, polypropylene, etc) by means of a welding mirror. Those mirrors are coated with a technical antiadherent treatment in order to avoid adherence of plastic residues on the welding elements.
